Whether you are overwhelmed, dealing with significant turmoil or are only slightly

uncomfortable with something in your life – you don’t have to deal with this on your own.

 

We are all highly emotional human beings and our subjective involvement in our problems

can at times immobilize us. This is when an objective professional can assist in providing

clarity. No problem is too insignificant or strange. I will create a safe, non-judgmental and

confidential space where you are able to express yourself and feel understood.

 

I assist both adults and adolescents with individual therapy by utilizing their strengths and a
